New Programming is HERE!
Children are the future therefore here at Crossfit Strode Station we are expanding to focus on our children. We will now be offering classes for youth ages 8-18!
The Kids Fitness Class will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5pm. This is for youth ages 8-12. The Kids Fitness class will focus on becoming active in a FUN and kid friendly manner.
The Youth Strength and Conditioning Class will be offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5pm. This class is for youth ages 13-18. The program will develop the youth’s strength and conditioning skills for any sport. The program will consist of skills such as agility, strength, speed and power. Focusing on the development of proper movement patterns in order to decrease risk of injuries. We will achieve this by running, throwing, lifting and sprinting.
